Newtec Construction has undertaken the above Convenience store contracts under Design and Build contracts, working with a number of clients and design teams and a number of architects and structural engineers.
Contracts have varied in value from £300 – £700,000.00 and have been completed on time and on budget. Contract periods have ranged between 18 – 28 weeks.
Newtec Construction has built up a significant experience of Convenience store type contracts. The above contracts providing construction experience in both full New Build and also refurbishment and alteration type contracts.
The builds have consisted of traditional foundations, and also vibrocompaction and vibro pile foundation solutions.
